ARRIVE & DRIVE

Arrive & Drive refers to a conventional arrangement where a driver joins the team to drive one of the team cars. 

Our Arrive & Drive (A&D) package comes with the following inclusions and exclusions:

Inclusions:

We will provide a race prepared & serviceable car, and assume responsibility for the following:

• Event Entry and Garage Fee 
• Race preparation & servicing cost
• Logistics/transport expenses from/to the race track 
• Routine maintenance & consumables during the event
• Pit Crew support
• Replacement parts for non-driver induced damage/failure
• Driver Coaching
• Race engineering including Onboard Footage & Lap Timing Analysis.

Exclusions:

A&D packages do NOT cover:

• Racing licence as outlined above.
• Race apparel as outlined above.
• Personal logistics (including transport, meals, accommodation if required etc..)
• Replacement & repair costs for driver-induced accidents/damage/failures. This includes damage caused by collisions/contact with barriers or other cars on the track, regardless of which driver is deemed at fault.

COSTS:

- TEST/PRACTICE DAY: Approximate costing for an A&D test day is $2K inc. GST.

- RACING SEASON: A typical racing season consists of 6 x racing rounds total, and each round is a 3-day (Fri-Sat-Sun) event. The rounds are held at Sandown Raceway, Calder Park Raceway, Winton Raceway and Phillip Island GP Circuit. 

Approximate costing for an A&D typical racing season starts from $45K (inc. GST) including tires and engine rebuilds.

- REFUNDABLE DAMAGE REPAIR BOND: Ranges from $0K - $10K depending on risk levels.  The bond will be refunded once the car is cleared from any damage.

The above costings do not include damage repair costs which may apply due to driver-induced accidents/damage/failures. This includes damage caused by collisions/contact with barriers or other cars on the track, regardless of who is deemed at fault.
